Mobile Homes

Seal Caves have fully serviced mobile homes available to rent. All our mobile homes are new and are finished to the highest standards. They have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. The mobile homes come with electricity, hot and cold running water, central heating throughout, double glazing and an electric fire in the living room. They are fully-equipped and comfortable with modern interiors for a memorable holiday.

Bookings are on a weekly basis commencing on a Friday/Saturday. Pets or smoking are not permitted in the mobile homes. Weekend bookings start at € 300.00 for 2 nights subject to availability, please contact Seal Caves by email info@achillsealcaves.com for further details.

This year we will be renting our Mobile Homes from Easter until the end of September. We have availability prior to Friday 28th of June (excluding the second week of Easter & the June Bank Holiday weekend) and availability from Friday 23rd of August 2024.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MOBILE HOME RENTAL

RESERVATIONS

In order to reserve your mobile home, please complete a booking form online. A deposit of €100 is required to secure your booking. Bed linen is provided and costs € 10 per person.  Seal Caves will acknowledge receipt of your deposit and confirm your reservation by return email.  The balance of rental becomes payable 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the hire period. In addition a refundable breakages deposit of €100.00 and a refundable cleaning deposit of €50.00 is required upon arrival.

A hire week starts on a Friday/Saturday and begins from 4 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10:30 am on the day of departure. Please note pets or smoking are not permitted in the mobile homes.

Prior to departure, please ensure that the mobile home and the supplied equipment are left in a clean and working condition, so that you can fully recoup your deposits.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you leave something behind, please let us know as soon as you realise and Seal Caves will do all we can to find it, although we are not liable if this is not possible or if it is damaged. If we find it we will return it to you, but you will have to cover the postage costs.

Seal Caves staff may at all reasonable times inspect the mobile homes. Any form of anti-social or disruptive behaviour is not acceptable. Playing of musical instruments, radios etc or the operation of power driven generators is prohibited between 11.00pm and 8.00am.

Park gates are closed from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. with pedestrian access only. Staff live on site, therefore in the event of an emergency there is a member of staff available at all times to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a cancellation is received a month prior to your arrival date: –

The deposit will be transferred to an alternative date (subject to availability), it may also be carried over to the following  season.  However if Seal Caves can re-let the mobile home, the deposit will be refunded with a deduction of €15 for administration costs.

If a cancellation is received within a month of your arrival date, the deposit is non refundable or transferable.
